Please join us at our 10th Annual Grandparents conference! This years workshops include:
Speech and language development in children with Down syndrome
Amy Lesher, MS, CCC-SLP
Learn how your grandchild developers speech and language skills and what you can do to optimize your grandchild’s development in these areas. Ideas for home activities will be provided as well as information regarding a variety of resources.
The Importance of a Good Night’s Sleep
Laurel Wills, MD
This workshop will discuss the entire range of sleep problems that impact the quality of life of a child with Down syndrome.
Dr. Wills will be reviewing a handout from the newly adopted American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines for care of children and teens with Down syndrome, including sleep advice.

We wish to continue to provide this conference as a gift to our grandparents. While there is no registration fee, it costs the Association $15 per attendee. Conference donations will be gratefully accepted to offset our costs, but are not necessary. To make a donation, please visit our secure site to make a donation.
