ReelAbilities will be making its Twin Cities debut from November 1 – 5. ReelAbilities: NY Disabilities Film Festival is the largest festival in the country dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with different disabilities.
The festival’s 15 films screen at the St. Anthony Main Theatre, located at 115 SE Main Street in Minneapolis, the tickets are $10 to individual screenings. Discounts for groups are also available. The St. Paul Jewish Community Center at 1375 St. Paul Avenue in St. Paul will be showing two films on Sunday, November 3rd, running from 1 to 3 pm. Tickets are available only at the door: $7.50 or $5 JCC Member Value Price. The ReelAbilities: Minneapolis-St. Paul Disability Film Festival kickoff at MacPhail Center for Music is free, but by invitation only. The MacPhail Center for Music is located at 501 S. 2nd Street in Minneapolis.
